Nice park with level concrete pull thru sites. As mentioned is located under the approach zone for the airport but we didn't hear any flights past 10:30 pm. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We sent our children to the office for ice and they returned riding on a golf cart with the campground staff. I know our two boys were appreciative. Easy access from I-95. I would highly recommend.

Certainly not a destination campground. No real problems with campground. It is older, sites are grass (mud if raining) pull thrus. Our reservations were supposed to be side by side but when we arrived we were on different rows. I didn't experience any electrical problems as some other reviews stated. Bring some leveling boards, sites are not graded very well. Due to the limited number of cg's in the Spartanburg area, this cg suffices as an overnight for those passing through.

Longest & Widest Pull thru sites East of the Mississippi--this is their claim to fame. We didn't measure the sites but they sure were long and wide. We love the campground. Easy access from I95 and nice shaded sites. Not a whole lot to do around the area, but a nice relaxing stop for an overnight or two. Nice and friendly staff.

We love Big Meadow. We camp here often. Staff is friendly, sites are nice size, facilities are always clean and tidy. Nice relaxing cg.
